To clean your Fridababy humidifier, disconnect the unit and turn off the humidifier tank. Fill the tank with one cup of clean water, then add one cup of bleach or undiluted white vinegar. Screw the cap back on and let the humidifier and tank sit for approximately 20 minutes. Gently shake the unit, then dump the contents and rinse it clean before next use. To keep the unit clean, empty the reservoir daily and fill it with fresh water before each use. You should also clean it thoroughly once per week to eliminate mold growth.

Once the spray is in, give it a few minutes to work, then position the tip of the NoseFrida straw gently and slowly into your baby's nostril. Put the mouthpiece in your mouth and suck gently to remove excess mucus. Repeat this step with a new filter on the other nostril.
