Contact our CVS Pharmacy® location for information regarding the cost of the consult. The cost of the prescription may be covered entirely or in part by your health insurance. Women under the age of 18 must provide proof of a contraception history. A summary of the visit will be faxed to your regular doctor. If you don’t have a doctor, we can provide a list of local healthcare providers.
