See directions below. As a pre-shampoo conditioner: Squeeze a moderate amount into palm of hand (about 1/4"), massage into hair.
Wet hair, then shampoo.
As an after shampoo conditioner: Bring out hidden highlights in your hair by applying a small amount of VO5 (about 1/16") after towel-drying hair.
