Ingredients
Fenugreek, blessed thistle, and anise are herbs that have been used for centuries. We use only natural berry flavors, and beet juice for color. A little bit of real sugar adds a touch of sweetness. Upspring's Milkflow Drink Mix Includes Fenugreek Seed Extract Complex 10:1 (Trigonella Foenum-Graecum), Blessed Thistle (Aerial), 4:1 (Cnicus Benedictus), Anise Seed (Pimpinela Anisum L.), Beet Root and Carrot Seed. Other Ingredients Include Cane Sugar, Natural Flavors, Beet Juice (For Color), Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Dextrins, Stevia Leaf Extract and Silicon Dioxide.
Directions
Stir a packet into 6-8 oz. of water and voila! Enjoy 2-3 glasses a day (but suggested no more than four). Metabolisms vary but you may see a difference within the first week. You may stop using MilkFlow when optimum milk supply is achieved. Helps promote healthy breast milk supply*

Manufactured in a facility that processes Milk, Soy, Eggs, Nuts and Wheat. Keep out of reach of children. Fenugreek should not be used during pregnancy. Some individuals may experience occasional loose stools. In rare occasions, individuals allergic to peanuts or other legumes may experience allergic/asthma symptoms.
