This Wrist Thumb Sleeve combines low-level, long-duration warmth with compression to assist blood flow, provide pain relief, and assist in recovery. The outer layer is textured to provide additional grip. Universal design fits the right or left hand. Sizing Guide: Measure the circumference around the knuckles. Small 7 - 7 3/4. Medium 8 - 9. Large 9 1/4 - 10 1/2. X-Large 10 3/4 - 11 1/2. XX-Large 11 3/4+. If in doubt on sizing for this product it is generally best to select the larger size. HSA/FSA eligible
