Ingredients
100% Organic Cotton (Absorbent Material, Cover, String), Cotton (Sewing Threads), Water Repellent Wax, BPA-Free Plastic (Applicator).
Directions
With clean hands, remove the wrapper. Grip the bottom of the outer tube and place forefinger on inner tube. Put the rounded tip of the applicator at the vaginal opening. Gently push until inner tube is all the way in the outer tube. Remove the applicator. Change tampon every 4-8 hours.
