This is a one year guarantee, 10 x 30 in. UnderMattress sensor pad that can be used with any of the ProSeries alarms. They are universally compatible with any BedPro, ChairPro or MultiPro alarm and let the mattress stay in place while still alerting caregivers. The pads also work when placed above the mattress if desired. HSA/FSA eligible
