U by Kotex Pads

U by Kotex pads are made to support you during your menstrual flow. They offer a wide range of absorbency levels including light, moderate, heavy, and extra heavy flow. Styles include Security®, CleanWear®, Allnighter®, and Teen®. U by Kotex also includes pads that come either with or without wings. U by Kotex Security Pads

Security® pads come in both ultra-thin and maxi pad styles. Both the discreetly designed Ultra-Thin pads and the highly absorbent Maxi pads offer between 9 and 11 hours (depending on the absorbency size) of XPRESS-DRI® protection. XPRESS-DRI® is made to absorb fluid quickly to prevent leaks. They are hypoallergenic and free from perfume and lotion. Security® pads also come with an overnight option that includes a larger back for added protection and coverage while you sleep.

U by Kotex Ultra Thin Pads

Ultra Thin pads are made to give you discreet protection. These pads come in every style, including:

CleanWear® offers a COMFORTFLEX® design that moves with you for just-right comfort. They offer 100% leak-free protection thanks to their XPRESS-DRI® design. CleanWear® Ultra-Thin pads come with wings.

Teen® Ultra-Thin pads are specifically made with teens in mind. These pads offer XPRESS-DRI® protection with a unique core that helps trap menstrual liquid in place to keep you feeling dry and comfortable. They also come with wings.

Security® Ultra-Thin pads come with or without wings. They give you XPRESS-DRI® protection and boast a breathable cotton SOFT TOUCH® cover. These pads are hypoallergenic and free from pesticides and elemental chlorine. No perfume or lotion is used to make Security® pads.

Allnighter® Ultra-Thin pads have an extra-long back to keep you protected and comfortable while you sleep. They have a ComfortFlex® design that moves with you. Tru-Fit® wings help keep the pad securely in place.

U by Kotex Regular Pads

Regular pads come in either the CleanWear® or Security® style. They can be made with or without wings. Regular pads are ideal for use on the lightest days of your menstrual flow. Regular pads offer the same XPRESS-DRI® protection you love.  

As with all menstrual pad products, it's best to change your pad every 4 to 8 hours. You may need to change them closer to 4 hours if your flow is particularly heavy. Always dispose of your pads in a trash receptacle. Never flush your pad or its packaging in the toilet.
