Intimina Menstrual Cup
Intimina Menstrual Cup
Intimina menstrual cups are a reusable alternative to tampons. Made from 100% medical-grade silicone, these menstrual cups are safe and hygienic.
Lily Cup™ is made for people who have a higher cervix. They can be used for light-to-heavy flow days. They are made with a no-spill rim and a stem that's easy to remove.
Lily Cup™ One is ideal for people who are just beginning to use a menstrual cup or for people who are just starting to menstruate. Its small design comes with a leak-proof double rim at the top, air-release holes, and a loop at the bottom for easy removal. It also collapses into a discreet size and fits into a carry case (included).
Lily Cup™ Compact is a collapsible menstrual cup that can fold up inside of a carry case (included), making it a handy option when you're out and about. It's designed with a secure-hold rim at the top and an easy-grip stem at the bottom.
How To Use Intimina Menstrual Cup
All Intimina menstrual cups are designed for use during your menstrual flow.
Lily Cup and Lily Cup™ Compact come in two sizes: A and B. A size is designed for people who haven't given birth (or for those who gave birth by caesarean section). B size is designed for people who have given birth or have a weaker pelvic floor.
How To Put In A Intimina Menstrual Cup
When you're ready to use your Intimina menstrual cup, first wash your hands with soap and water. Make sure your cup is clean before inserting.
For the Lily Cup™, first fold the cup then angle it into your vagina and insert it upwards until the removal stem is inside. The tall part of the rim of your menstrual cup should be situated towards your back. To make sure the menstrual cup is in the right place, move your finger around the perimeter of the cup to ensure it's completely open. That's it! You can comfortably and safely wear your Lily cup for up to 8 hours.
