Directions
See directions below. Stove Top Cooking Directions: Pour 1 cup of rice, 2 1/2 cups of boiling water and salt to taste.
Cook over low heat, semi covered until all water is absorbed (approx. 35 minutes).
Remove from heat, allow to stand covered for 5 minutes and serve.
For SOFTER rice use MORE water and simmer for a LONGER time.
or FIRMER rice, use LESS water and simmer for a SHORTER time.
