"Shake well before each use. Gently spray on little one's bed linens, lovey, swaddle and/or pajamas before nap or bedtime. The best sleep aid babies with calming essential oils. Do not spray directly on child. To avoid getting in face or eyes, spray mist before child is in bed or wearing pajamas. "
