See directions below. Before whitening, rinse your mouth or gently brush teeth
Remove the cap and twist the bottom part of the pen until you hear a click. Twist a few times until you see the gel coming out of the brush
Brush gel onto the surface of your teeth
If you have our LED mouthpiece, put it in for 10-30 minutes. If you do not have our LED mouthpiece, simply relax for 10 minutes
