Directions
Place the nodule on the pinky side of either wrist at the 1st wrist crease as shown, to secure the band in place. Apply approximately 1 hour before bedtime to allow the oils to diffuse. Repeatedly smell the band to fall fast asleep. Store bands back in closed package to prolong use.
Warnings
Choking hazard. Not intended for children under 3; parental supervision recommended. Avoid contact with the eyes. Not intended to use more than 12 hours at a time. Remove if skin irritation, redness or rash occurs. Consult your family healthcare practitioner prior to use.
