Strip Lash Adhesive contains Oat Extract, a skin soothing ingredient which, when infused in adhesive, can neutralize the pH of dry skin without compromising the adhesiveness. This lash adhesive has super strong hold yet incredibly gentle with the newest oat infused formula, and the adhesive is waterproof and formaldehyde-free.
