See the directions below. To use the refillable multipurpose lighter, follow these steps: Point nozzle away from face and clothing
Place thumb on Child Safety Lock
Roll CR Safety Lock forward and hold
Slowly squeeze the Ignition Button to ignite
Move Flame Adjusting Lever "+" to increase height and "-"to decrease flame height
Release Ignition Button to Extinguish
To refill the lighter, follow these steps: Use standard cigarette lighter butane refills
Follow manufacturer instructions on refill container
Be sure the refill valve on the lighter faces upward
Place butane refill over the refill value on lighter and press
Hissing sound indicates that fuel is transferring properly
Lighter is full when spray back occurs
Wait two minutes after refueling before using lighter. It is important to note that the child-resistant feature is no substitute for proper adult supervision. Keep away from children. Failure to follow instructions may cause burn injury.
