RECOMMENDED USE: Designed for day or nighttime use. Apply before bedtime to let the patches work overnight for continuous6-8-hour treatment or use during the day if more convenient. Each package contains 14 patches which is up to a 2-week supply for a single nail to be treated each day/night. For best results or for severely affected nails, you may continue treatment for up to3-6 months using one patch on each affected nail (toe or fingerai).INSTRUCTIONS: Remove any nail polish before use. Wash nails and surrounding skin and dry thoroughly as oils and moisture reduce adhesion.Peel off the protective film (1) and (2) in numerical orderApply the patch to the affected area on the nail and remove the release paper (3)Cover the sides of the toe or finger firmlyFold the remaining adhesive part to cover the toe/ fingertipApply the patch for 6-8 hours (It is recommended to use for 3-6 months)
