NasalFresh MD formulated nasal salt refills contain a pre-measured proprietary combination of 3.75g of un-iodized sodium chloride (salt) and sodium bicarbonate. One nasal salt refill yields 300 ml of isotonic saline and two nasal salt refills yields 300 ml of hypertonic saline when mixed with 300 ml of distilled or purified water in the upper tank of the NasalFresh MD nasal irrigation device.
