The Backosage Lumbar Decompression Belt inflates from a width of 5 inches to a width of 8 inches, placing your spine in an upright position and providing support to your lumbar spinal cord. By returning your spine to its natural position and taking some weight off, the Backosage provides room for your vertebrae to stretch and for your intervertebral discs to return to their original position. Magnetic therapy further helps increase blood flow through the lower back. Choose from two kneading massage settings. Use the velcro belt straps to fasten the belt in place securely around the lower waist
Use the hand pump to inflate the belt to a compression level that is comfortable and therapeutic
Choose one of the kneading massage settings by pressing the power button at the front of the device. (Kneading massage is optional).
To turn off the device, press and hold the power button for three seconds
