2. Undo one side of the strap
Place the front portion of the strap just below or above the kneecap at the natural indentation
4. Feed strap through the loop and fasten
5. Adjust both sides at once for a conforming fit

Warnings
The strap may be uncomfortable to wear if you have varicose veins crossing the knee joint. If you have poor circulation or are diabetic, wear a strap only under medical supervision. Do not wear a knee strap to bed. If you experience knee pain consult a physician.
