See directions below. Snap off approximately 18 in. (45 cm) of floss
Wind the floss around the index finger of each hand, leaving 3 in. (8 cm) of floss between them
Gently guide the floss between the teeth, and using an up and down motion, clean between the tooth taking care to clean just under the gum line
Using a clean section of floss, repeat the procedure for each tooth
