Ingredients
Soybean Oil, Gelatin (Bovine), Fish Liver Oil, Glycerin, Mix Tocopherols. Contains Fish (Anchovy, Bonito, Herring, Mackerel, Menhaden, Sand Lance, Sardine, Smelt, Tuna and Jack) Ingredients.
Directions
For adults, take one (1) softgel daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
