To keep your heating pad properly maintained, simply slide the pad and sponge from the removable cover. Wash the cover by hand or place it in the washing machine using a mild detergent on the gentle cycle with cool water. Hang it or flat-dry the cover and store the unit in a cool, dry, and dark location. For moist heat, saturate the sponge pad using warm water and wring out any excess. Place the sponge pad over the heating pad, then insert both into the cover. Be sure to dry your hands before you plug the unit into a 120-volt AC outlet. Choose your desired heat level and enjoy.
