Directions
Choose from two simple breathing rhythm techniques. Relax: Breathe in for 4 seconds as the circle of light increases. Breathe out for 6 seconds as the circle of light decreases. Meditation & Yoga: Breathe in for 4 seconds as the circle of light increases. Hold for 7 seconds while the light is still. Breathe out for 8 seconds as the circle of light decreases.
