Use CVS Health Acetaminophen Regular Strength Pain Relief Gelcaps to help temporarily relieve minor aches and pains. Headaches, muscular aches, backache, minor arthritis pain, common cold, toothache, premenstrual and menstrual cramps. It also temporarily reduces fever. This product contains no aspirin and has acetaminophen of 325 mg. The package is child resistant. HSA/FSA eligible

Directions

Do not take more than directed. Adults and children 12 years and older - take 2 gelcaps every 4-6 hours while symptoms last. Do not take more than 10 gelcaps in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor. Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: ask a doctor. Follow as instructed on the product label.

Warnings

Liver Warning: This product contains acetaminophen. The maximum daily dose of this product is ten gelcaps (3, 250mg) in 24 hours. Severe liver damage may occur if you take more than 4,000mg of acetaminophen in 24 hours, with other drugs containing acetaminophen, and three or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product. Allergy alert: Acetaminophen may cause severe skin reactions. Symptoms may include skin reddening, blisters or rash. If a skin reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away. Do not use any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription). If you are unsure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist. Or if you are allergic to acetaminophen or any of the inactive ingredients in this product, ask a doctor before use if you have liver disease. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking the blood-thinning drug Warfarin. Stop use and ask a doctor if; the pain gets worse or lasts more than ten days; the fever worsens or lasts more than three days; new symptoms occur; redness or swelling is present. These could be signs of a severe condition. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) right away. Prompt medical attention is critical for adults and children, even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms. Follow as instructed on the product label.
