Directions
Size: For left of right arm, this support has been designed to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure around forearm below elbow. Adjust to fit: 7-14 inches. Washing: Close fastener before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do Not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach of fabric softeners. Pull fastener through buckle, with the tendon pad cushion against skin.
With fastener facing out, position tendon pad cushion below the elbow towards outer forearm.
Tighten the strap until the fit is snug, yet comfortable.
