For adults, take one (1) quick-dissolve tablet 30 minutes before bedtime, as melatonin may produce drowsiness. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 tablet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your healthcare providers.
