Ingredients
Vitamin B-6 (As Pyridoxine HCl) 10 mg, Calcium (As Dicalcium Phosphate) 70 mg, Melatonin 10 mg. Other Ingredients: Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid and Silica. Please see the full list of product ingredients on the product label.
Directions
Take one (1) tablet at bedtime for adults, as melatonin may produce drowsiness. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your healthcare providers. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
