Each chewable is made to taste with a mixed berry flavor and provides 250 mg of simethicone to help stop gas and bloating. Directions for use: Adults and children 12 years and older: take one or two chewables as needed after meals and at bedtime. Do not exceed two chewables in 24 hours except under the advice and supervision of a physician. Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Each chewable contains: potassium 5 mg and sodium 5 mg (very low sodium). Store at controlled room temperature 20-25°C (68-77°F), and protect from light, heat, and moisture. Do not use if printed seal under cap is broken or missing. Includes 30 soft chewables
