Directions
Instant Cold: Twist and squeze pack to activate, shake until entire gel pack is cold. Reusable Cold: After activated for instant cold, place in freezer for 2 hours. Reusable Heat: After activation to instant cold let sit to room temperature, place in microwave for 15 second intervals not to exceed a total of 60 seconds.
Warnings
Always monitor pack while heating in microwave. After heating application allow gel pack to cool to room temperature before returning to freezer. Never heat pack unless at room temperature. Do not apply to infected skin or open wounds. If gel contacts body, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.
