Directions
Reusable Cold: With sleeve at room temperature place sleeve in freezer for minimum of 2 hours. Reusable Heat: With sleeve at room temperature place sleeve in center of microwave. Microwave for 15 seconds and test sleeve temperature for comfort. If not warm enough reheat for additional 10 second intervals for maximum of 45 seconds.
Warnings
If sleeve causes discomfort, remove from body immediately. After microwaving if sleeve is too hot for comofrt, allow sleeve to cool until a comfortable temperature is reached.
