Find temporary relief from coughs, minor irritation, and sore throat with our soothing honey lemon cough drops. Each drop contains 7.5 mg of menthol, which acts as a cough suppressant and an oral anesthetic. Directions for use: For adults and children five years and over, dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth. Repeat every two hours as needed or as directed by a doctor. Sore throat warning: If sore throat is severe, persists for more than two days, or is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, swelling, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly. If sore mouth symptoms do not improve in seven days, see your dentist or doctor promptly. These symptoms may be serious. Ask a doctor before use if you have persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, or emphysema, or a cough accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus). Stop use and consult doctor if your cough persists for more than seven days, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition. Consult a doctor if your sore throat is severe, or irritation, pain, or redness lasts or worsens, or if your sore mouth does not improve in seven days.
