It is also available in 48, 100 and 365 count packages. This product has an active ingredient that is comparable to those that are in Benadryl. CVS Health Allergy Relief Diphenhydramine Capsules can stop your allergy symptoms from keeping you from doing the things you love. This product may also help relief your cold symptoms and it works for both indoor and outdoor allergies. Take this product every 4-6 hours to get relief from your symptoms. Do not exceed 6 doses in a 24-hour period of time. Adults and children who are 12 years old or older should take 1 to 2 capsules. Children ages 6 to 12 should take only one capsule. This product is not indicated for use with children who are under 6 years old. This product can cause drowsiness, so make sure you know how it affects you before you drive your car or operate heavy machinery. You should not use this product to make children sleepy. Avoid alcoholic drinks while taking CVS Health Allergy Relief Diphenhydramine Capsules. Drinking alcohol and taking tranquilizers and/or sedatives may increase drowsiness when using this product. Do not use this with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin. Some children may experience excitability while taking this product. Talk with a doctor about any allergic reactions and discontinue use immediately. Get relief from problematic allergy symptoms.

See directions below. Take every 4 to 6 hours, or as directed by a doctor.Do not take more than 6 times in 24 hours.Dissolve in mouth, or chew before swallowing.Adults and children 12 years and above: 1 to 2 tablets.Children 6 to under 12 years: 1 tablet.
Warnings
Do not use to make a child sleepy, with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin. Ask a doctor before use if you have a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, glaucoma, trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product: marked drowsiness may occur; avoid alcoholic drinks; alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness; be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery; excitability may occur, especially in children. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
