See directions below. How to wear: Fits left or right wrist
For left hand use, insert the left splint into the opening pocket.
Slide the left hand into the brace, splint along the palm.
Adjust each strap, pulling tight and pressing firmly to secure.
For right hand use, insert the right splint into the opposite pocket and follow steps 2 and 3. Use only one split at a time.
