Directions

See directions below. PREPARE: Open the hook-and-loop closures on the straps
APPLY: Pull the CURAD® Knee Position the J-shaped support under the kneecap Center the patella opening over the kneecap
SECURE: Pull and stretch the compression straps across the front of the knee and secure the hook-and-loop closures on the opposite side of the leg. This product should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable

Warnings

See warnings below. The knee support should provide compression but should not be so tight that it restricts circulation
