Ingredients
Green Tea, White Tea, Natural Lemon and Honey Flavors with Other Natural Flavors, Eleuthero, Licorice, Lemon Verbena, Roasted Chicory, Ginger, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Orange Blossoms, Asian Ginseng, Cane Sugar and Honey.
Directions
Reconstitute: Brewing Instructions Hot Tea by the Cup* Heat water to near boiling, 180–190°F. Pour 8 oz. of water over tea bag. Steep 2 minutes. Do not over steep. Remove tea bag from cup. Sweeten if desired. Iced Tea by the Glass* Heat water to near boiling, 180–190°F. Pour water over two tea bags. Steep 2 minutes and remove tea bags. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.

Always pour boiled water into heat-resistant cup.
