Organic psyllium husk, raspberry fruit powder, citric acid, monk fruit extract, salt, lemon juice powder, natural flavors, beet juice powder (for color)

Add one scoop of fiber powder into an empty glass, add at least 8 oz. of cool water - won't blend if too hot/cold, stir briskly to mix. If the texture's too thick, stir in more water, Drink immediately! The mix will start to thicken if left sitting.
