This conditioner deeply moisturizes hair and scalp with Forbidden Black Rice Water, Biotin, Inositol, and Saw Palmetto. Inspired by Yao Women in China, who use Rice Water as a part of their daily hair growth routine. Featuring sub-micron technology for strengthened hair, it also contains Beta-Sitosterol, Ceramide, Copper Tripeptide, and Betaine. It leaves hair and scalp looking and feeling healthy, easing both wet and dry combing. Directions
Apply the conditioner to hair and scalp and gently massage into your hair and scalp. Leave on for 15 minutes to allow it to deeply moisturize and nourish your hair. Rinse thoroughly and proceed to style hair.
