Directions
On the side of Neck massage Pillow there are 3 buttons. First the On/Off, then the Heat button and finally the Intensity button. Press the power button for 2 seconds to start the massager. Then press the heat button to control the heating function. The intensity button is used to adjust the kneading strength which has a total of 3 levels. Press the On/Off button for 2 seconds to shut down the device.
