Ingredients

Directions
Take 1 tsp daily straight, or mix with a glass of juice. You can also mix it in your favorite smoothie, however make sure not to blend! Simply stir 1 tsp in after the smoothie is blended. Do not blend or mix with hot or boiling substances.
